Baker City's First Micro Traditional Geocache

We where looking for something to do for the rest of the day and tomorrow so after a PQ, we where surprised that there where zero caches in this town. Why not be first then we asked ourselves ? A micro yes, but still the first one.
After hunting caches and a long drive from John Day to Malheur City and Durkee, we grabbed a room for the night, had dinner in town, and then drove around a touch checking things out. Pretty much the same as the last time we where here a couple years ago. I had a couple ideas where to place a cache and this location worked out the best for a micro seeing as we could not get a full size cache at our first choice. Yet.
Your looking for a magnetic key holder with a logsheet inside of it. Please bring your own writing implement as I did not have a small one to fit the container. The Mag 330
sat for over 10 minutes averaging to get these numbers so they should be close.
Please, Please, Please be very careful of non cachers when your attempting this cache.
The location is very, very public and at times will be impossible to get. Even without a lot of muggles around, getting this cache will be hard without a good “cover” story.
Something like putting your right foot up one step and kneeling down to tie your shoe will work. That Plaque monument dedicated to William and Emma should work to balance you from tipping sideways. Use the rail for your safety.
You will have to work to get this as a find. There is a location very close by this cache for getting in out of the sun to sign the log.
