How Geocaching Works
Not long ago, a police chase ended with the perpetrator parking his car in the tree up the hill. Yes, I know, there is not a road up there. An elderly lady also tried to take her car up there recently. Well, it turns out that the street was platted to go through here, but it was never built. The city still owns the property, but the home-owners maintain it. The city DID, finally, place an indication that the road doesn't go through there . . . . so, where DID the road go?
