This cache is located in the Farmingdale Town Green near a set of monuments commemorating those from the Town of Farmingdale that have lost their lives in service to their country. Stealth required. As always, retrieve and replace the cache with care. Make sure it is hidden as well as when you found it.
Monuments include WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Take some time to read the lists of names. Some families lost several members of their family in seperate wars. You will also find a hand carved totem pole nearby that serves to commemorate a local scout leaders dedication to scouting.
This micro is the ninth in a series of microcaches located near little known monuments. Please note that these microcaches are never located on the actual monument or in any of the plantings for these monuments and memorials. Please do not disturb the monuments or the plantings while searching for the cache.
