This is a micro cache hidden in a parking lot. I am pretty sure this can be easily reached from a wheelchair.

This cache is hidden in the parking lot of The Gathering Place Church and World Impact Network. The parking lot doubles as a park and ride during the week and is busy on Sunday mornings.
