Here's one that levels the playing field a little bit - those folks using
autorouting on GPS V's won't get much assist for this cache. Even the
folks who just jump in the car and follow the arrow will have to slow down and
do a little homework on this one. If you've done your homework, this one
is a short stroll on pavement with just a bit of off pavement walking to get to
the hiding spot. Getting there is the entire battle - once you get to the
spot, you should have no trouble at all finding the cache. The environment
is a little bit GPS hostile, so don't be afraid to broaden your search a bit if
you don't find it.
WARNING: It's not on I-90. It's not on a ramp. Don't stop on I-90
or a ramp onto/off of I-90 EVEN IF YOUR GPSR TELLS YOU TO.
This spot was selected primarily because it's a little bit (but not too much)
of a challenge to figure out how to get there. Surprisingly, there's a
fairly nice view from this spot.
Cache is in a .30 caliber ammo can painted flat brown and stuffed full of
goodies.
