We anticipate it will take you around 15 minutes to complete this
cache, from the car parking area through to the second stage. Your
journey will take you close to another long standing cache (GC86C3)
which is well worth a visit if you haven't already found it.
TERRAIN
The route is over a bridleway and is generally good. However,
we’ve rated the terrain as 2.5 due to the mud in winter/wet
weather– it can take your wellies off! You have been warned!
PARKING
We suggest you park in a lay-by in Old Church Lane (N 51° 38.660
E 000°22.925).
If you are undertaking this cache immediately after Mamma Mia 1
(recommended order), please use the footpath which cuts through the
church to return tothe car/start of this bridleway – don’t walk on
the road as the bend is treacherous.

The Route
The route continues the adventures of Mia out on an early
morning hack. We hope mini-cachers enjoy the tale:-
From Cache Mamma Mia 1 …
… Mia and her rider were relieved to get back to the gate
without any broken bones. They rode on via the church to the next
bridleway. The sun was out and Mia’s rider relaxed, taking in the
beautiful scenery.
Shortly after they had passed a ghostly looking tree there was a
sudden rustling sound and a large rabbit bolted out of the hedgerow
across their path!
Mia was spooked and leapt 3 feet in the air - depositing her
rider in the thick mud - “SPLAT”. She then set off at a gallop -
her hooves showering her poor rider with even more mud - not
stopping until she eventually caught a hoof through her reins. She
stands further down the bridleway waiting for her rider – wondering
why it's taking so long for her to catch up and finish their
ride!
To find Mia, (and the second cache!), you will need to find the
first pot.
