How Geocaching Works
Short distance off of a trail in Benton Hill Park. Cache contains two travelbugs we picked up on our vacation to St. John in the US Virgin Islands as well as some swag.

While on vacation we got engaged and thought it would be fun to celebrate it with a new cache!
We got the container from Annie's parents for Christmas and we thought it would be fun to bring them along to place it. We had scouted this area previously and thought it was a nice spot for a cache.
Some history on Benton Hill Park: The ruins on the property were once a huge scary house that in Iowa City lore was not only haunted but also served as an underground railroad house. I can't confirm either of these facts but being an Iowa City native they are all I heard growing up about the place. I had nightmares about this place as a child!
There is a nice overlook of the airport in the clearing as well as further north to downtown. Please replace cammo as found.
