Geocache Description:

Nice quick stop at a real desert lukkin place!

Welcome to the Arizona Strip. A part of the state that is geographically isolated from the rest of the state by a really big hole in the ground. Take a few minutes to read the 3 plaques here - one gives a nice overview map, another lists the committee that placed the plaques here, and my favorite gives accounts of the first pioneers that came through the area. Make sure to read the quote on the top right of the marker!

Easy grab - please rehide the container in the same place as you found it to provide a little protection for it. Cache is wheelchair accessible - I only gave it a 1.5 terrain due to the gravel surface. Make sure to check out the nice views all around!
