Geocache Description:

As you exit the Highway to head toward Chimacum, and Port Townsend, stop for awhile at the Visitors Center.

FYI? Well, you are at a visitor’s center.

NRV? Coined by Ohjoy.
To start: NRV is NOT any of the following:
* No Recreational Vehicles
* North Rio Verde
* Nuns Recovering from Vertigo
* Nobody Remembers Valentino
* Ned's Red Van
Instead, NRV means "No Redeeming Value."
An "NRV" cache might be defined as a cache that offers NONE of the following redeeming values:
- a great walk.
- an incredible view.
- some history or other information to discover.
- a part of a puzzle leading to a great finale.
- a unique container/camouflage
- a unique hide
- some thought required in order to find it.
- a joke of some kind is involved.
