No sign, no playground stuff, no fence, no wonder!
I drive by this little "park" everyday and sometimes see the occasional dog-walker in here but is it a park or an unused piece of housing development land? Who knows? The lawn gets mowed once in a while so I'm guessing it's a city-spot but .... ?
