Hazel Cemetery - just off the interchange of Il Route 145 and Il Route 146. While there grab the geocache "Weathering & Erosion - GC44R6V". Placed with PERMISSION of Land Owner "Toy".
Many local folks use this interchange to park for car pooling and don't even realize that there is a cemetery right behind them. Old cemetery with many old "stone" markers. Over the hill to the east of this location are many large boulders if you have an interest in wandering off the beaten path.
Small cache, large enough for a few smaller trinkets, TB, and tags.
THIS IS A DAYTIME ONLY location. Be respectful and only cache here from dawn to dusk.
