Geocache Description:

Glen Helen Covered Bridge

Cache and bridge are located just off of Grinnel Road near Yellow Springs, Ohio.
You will need a pen or pencil.

This bridge was originally located on Cemetery Road in New Burlington, Ohio. This Howe Truss covered bridge #35-29-01 was built in 1886 by Henry Hubbell. In 1975 Ralph Ramey had a 60 foot section of the original 75 foot bridge moved to Glen Helen Park. This was done to prevent it's destruction by the creation of Caesar's Creek Reservoir.

There is no reason to go under, get on top of, get in, climb on, lay on, reach under or do anything other than stand on the floor of the bridge to claim this cache. Please be mindful of the historical significance of this structure even if it looks as if no one else does.

NOTE: There was somehow two containers on this bridge.
I have removed the wrong one and have posted the names of cachers that found it.
I don't want anyone to delete their find.
I would like to let all that found the wrong container go back for a second find.
