DOLINA RZEKI SZTOLY
Na tym odcinku rzeka Sztola prowadzi glownie wody z kopalni cynku i
olowiu "Pomorzany", meandrujac silnie w glebokiej piaszczystej
dolinie. Wody te sa bardzo czyste, wiec w rzece zyja pstragi,
okonie, kielbie. Dookola rosna sosny, swierki, brzozy, olchy,
jarzebiny i deby. W lesie mieszkaja zajace, jeze, lasice,
jaszczurki zwinki i ropuchy szare, a z ptakow: dzieciol sredni,
kowalik, myszolow. Wieczorem spotkac mozna nietoperza nocka. Jest
tez wiele gatunkow mrowek, na ktore mrowkolwy zakladaja swoje
lejkowate pulapki.

VALLEY OF THE SZTOLA RIVER
In this part, the Sztola river carries mainly waters from a lead
and zinc mine "Pomorzany", meandering in a deep sandy valley. The
water is very clean, and in the river live trout, perch, gudgeon.
Among trees, there are: pine, spruce, birch, alder, rowan and oak.
In the forest you can spot hares, hedgehogs, weasels, sand lizards,
common toads and birds, such as: woodpecker, nuthatch, buzzard. In
the evening whiskered bat can be seen. There are also many species
of ants, which are hunted for by fourmi-lions building conical
depression traps.
