A flat, fairly short hike in a beautiful area.
We placed this cache for our Caching At the Gorge event on March 23. It's a nice, flat hike, pretty short and extremely scenic, including a suspension bridge over the Tallulah River. Cache is an ammo box, easy to find, located on a spur trail off the Short Line Trail at Tallulah Gorge State Park. Please place it back like you found it (e.g. well hidden) so it won't be visible from the trail. If you don't have a Georgia Park Pass, it costs $5 to park.
This cache was placed with permission of the Tallulah Gorge State Park manager. Please exercise responsible caching in our state parks so they'll continue to be friendly to geocachers!
