We are teaming up with the local Girl Scouts to teach various aspects of our hobby. This is from 10-12. We will have multiple stations to teach about 60-75 Girl Scouts all about Geocaching. Please tell us which station you would like to help with in your will attend log. We will teach them how to use the GPS to locate caches. We will teach them how to log trackables and they are also making their own swag and trackables to drop in caches. We will take them to the caches around the park to find them, sign the log, and teach caching etiquette. This park has several caches in the outer perimeter of the walking circle for you to find. The GS will earn a badge for learning about and finding caches. We are teaching them also to keep our world clean, work together and individually, have fun, and offer a helping hand where we can.
