The Twedt Farm here in Story County has been in operation since 1908 and at it's 100-year anniversary was awarded with a "century farm" status, given to those farms that have been operational non-stop for one-hundred years. The Twedt farm is now in its 105th year of operation. There are plenty of farms like these that dot our landscape all across the state, but I thought it would be nice to highlight at least one of them.
