Description:
Charles Parks, one of the country's best figurative sculptors, creates beautiful portrait busts and figures, liturgical figures, and animals in a wide range of media including bronze and welded steel. Parks' vast body of work contains well over 500 sculptures, many of which are for sale in limited edition bronzes through his studio's gallery in Wilmington, Delaware.
Charles Parks is a master sculptor in the classical tradition. He has been commissioned by both major corporations and private individuals to create hundreds of realistic and exquisitely detailed portrait busts and figures. This skilled artist also offers design and execution of unique works to clients interested in one of a kind sculptures and commemorative plaques.
The sculpture of Charles Parks spans the globe from Stockholm to San Francisco. More than 900 collectors exhibit his work in corporations, hospitals and medical centers, museums, public parks, religious sites, theaters, state and municipal government locations, academic institutions and private homes. Mr. Parks' projects range from war memorials to life size figures of entire families. When he passed away in 2012 he donated 300 sculptures to the State of Delaware
