Located in Auburn, ME on the West side of the Androscoggin River. There is a very nice walkway that allows easy wheel chair access. Muggles could be a factor but just make like your looking at the falls.
While it's a micro it is hidden in a very usual place. The new location is down on the new section of the walkway and you really should have a seat and check it out.
Please be sure to replace the cache exactly as you found it, especially the log.
