Depending on water level, could be a little on the steep side. VERY near water, probably not child safe without safety gear (life vest). Being able to swim is good for safety, but not needed to actually find the cache. Not a very handicap-friendly area either, due to deep water and possible steep slope.
Take a walk on the water to find this cache, and enjoy a nice view of the Willamette while you’re there. Might need stealth when you try to locate this sunken treasure. Plenty of goodies and a log with pen. After you find it, please make sure to screw the lid on VERY snugly. I ask that you not leave any TB’s or GC’s, as there is a risk of them being permanently lost, but I’ll leave that to the cacher to decide.
