I placed this cache in dedication of this property owner. He has fallen on hard times but continues to keep his "Spirit". After you find this cache stop in and say hi to Mike (the property owner) and you too will enjoy his "Spirit". He knows this cache is here and welcomes all to find it and stop in and visit.

I bumped the difficulty level up on this one because of muggles. Please place this cache back just like you found it.

I talked with the owner and he said he is having so much fun and meeting such nice people he is going to place a coupon in this cache every once in a while.
