A warning to future searchers, in the back of the park there is
a tree with a path next to it. At the base of this tree facing the
lawn is a yellowjacket nest under the ivy. You want to avoid the
tree area or you could cause them to swarm.
The cache is not at the listed co-ordinates and the decimal point
is in the wrong spot in the westerly co-ordinate of the
encryption.
You will need the Lizardtoadz "Toadz Code" decypher coin to help
solve the puzzle.

The difficulty is not because of the puzzle.
This place is a nice little oasis in the middle of a residential
neighborhood.
The cache is larger than a film container but will not hold trade
items.
The cache is not handicapped accessible. The last 100 feet are a
grass lawn.
This is my first attempt at a cache, puzzle or otherwise.
Hopefully it makes some sense to someone other than myself!
There is a table and BBQ pit here for the full sized and a new
"jungle Gym" for the mini-cachers.
