Geocache Description:

Bring OFF in the summer time. You will need rubber boots on this one!
This is a four-stage multi (three micros and a ammo container for the final leg).
Finding the cache will involve using your skills with a GPS, Compass, and Tracking.

1st. multi
The Coordinates listed for this Cache will lead you to a micro cache (2” x 6” brass plaque) with STARTING POINT embossed on it. This will be your tree stand.

2nd. Offset
Climb up into your stand, WOW!!!, after only a few seconds an eight point buck appears about 50 yards away. Calm down don’t spook him. You have the perfect shot, draw back your bow and release it.

Congratulations you hit him, but he did not go down the arrow must have glanced off or went through him. For this leg of the cache walk the .02 of a mile at a bearing of 256 degrees true from your stand to find your arrow. The arrow is a broad head point and a large nail with green streamers.

3rd. Tracking
After you find your arrow look around and find the beginnings of a blood trail (red paint). Follow the blood trail to the next micro cache (2”x 6” brass plaque), which has coordinates of the last leg of your journey.

There are 3 micro caches in all, the tree stand, the arrow, and the end of the blood trail.

Good Luck, Have Fun. The final Destination of this Multi-Cache is your eight-point buck (alright its just an ammo container). The container is filled with a treasure that will delight any GeoCacher young or old.
