RockyRaab: Picked this one up today as my final act of geocaching.
As I approached it, there was a muledeer doe standing ON the cache watching me. She pronked off (look it up) soon after I spotted her. A hundred yards away, as plain as day in the snow was -- a mountain lion track. Not fresh, but still ...
In the logbook was a note from somebody who had stumbled upon the cache while paintballing. He thought the idea was cool, and promised to log on and check it out. That was a first for my caches, I think.
So, I'm done with geocaching, but my memories of this last "find" will be good ones. Bye!
