“This cache is part of the “Downtown / Main Street USA" series. Please visit the cache that started it all - Downtown / Main Street USA: Edison, NJ. Here you will find the latest count of caches in the series and find out how you can add your own." Sometimes, its difficult to get the time to go on a REAL cache hike, through beautiful woods and terrain. However, the urge to log a smile may still be there, so this easy-to-do cache may be just the one to satisfy that urge! The location of this cache will bring you to the main street in Rockaway, New Jersey, very close to the town library. This building was built in the early 1800's by the Iron King of Morris County, Colonel Joseph Jackson. To find out more about this historic building, you can read the following link about the library: www.rockboro.gti.net/history.htm One final word: The difficulty level would have been a 1, except that we use a Geko 101, which measured this cache with an accuracy within 15 feet (hence, the extra .5).
