I've ridden my bike under Verona Road to the start of the Cap City trail so many times in my life I decided it really needs to have a geocache. Similar to the Madison Underground series but in Fitchburg. Bring your own pencil.
This geocache is located just off of the bike path on Fitchburg public property. Do not hunt this from Verona Rd as it is impossible to get to and dangerous; there is lots of parking available at the corner of Williamsburg Way and Verona Rd or you can park at the start of the Cap City trail on the frontage road. Of course the best way to hunt this is by bicycle! I'd also recommend doing this during daylight hours. Small container won't allow for trackable items or tradeables.
