We could tell you that we got the name for this cache because it was originally the second Bonus cache container for the USCGA League of Extraordinary Geocachers (L.E.G.) Challenge.
Since we decided that the series had run it's course, and that the L.E.G. challenge had been lifted, this much *would* be true...
