Dia de los Dirtbags Event Cache

Come join the Battle Born DGS for a Gecaching style celebration of "Dia de los Muertos"

Saturday November 1st, 1pm-4(ish)pm

Its time to get back to the days when geocache events lasted longer than 15minute flash mobs, and people came together to discuss their favorite hobby over lunch and some cold drinks. This event will take place for a few hours on November 1st, or "Dia de los Muertos" as its known south of the border. So get the kids (or yourself) all amped up on the candy they scored trick or treating the night before, and bring them out for some DGS style fun. 

BBQs will be available, so bring bring along something to grill if you'd like and side dishes to share would be appreciated but not required. Everyone is welcome, kids, pets, non-cachers, etc. We'll have plenty to do during the event to keep everyone busy including:

• Costume contest

• Geocache container contest (rules to follow)

• Geocoin/Trackable giveaways and trading

• Raffle/Door prizes

• GPS games

• Kid's games

• DizFiz vs. Nvsrvyr steel cage match

• Free DGS Tattoos

And of course we'll have some tricks up our sleeves that you'll have to attend to see. Overall this will just be a fun day in the park to visit and share stories. This will go down rain or shine since the park has plenty of cover, and the DGS isn't afraid to get a little dirty!
