Finding this cache requires solving a simple crossword puzzle (see below) and hiking about 1.5 miles (round trip) on beautiful, well maintained trails. All of the puzzle answers are revealed on informational displays along the first 0.3 mile of the trail, which includes a beautiful lakeside boardwalk. Parking is available at the trailhead, located at the listed coordinates.

Once you have solved the puzzle, you can determine 5 single digit numbers as follows:

    C = the number of C's in your puzzle solution
    R = the number of R's in your puzzle solution
    A = the number of A's in your puzzle solution
    Z = the number of Z's in your puzzle solution
    Y = the number of Y's in your puzzle solution

Just as a check that you have the correct numbers, the sum of C + R + A + Z + Y should be equal to 12.
