the cache container is an 8" long, 2" plastic tube, with caps on both ends, painted green and black. It contains energy sport beans,two "AA" batteries,lotion,log and pen. I had no problem driving my S10 truck up to the top, in july. might be a problem with snow, after October.good luck!
