  To find the cache start at the listed coordinates, descend the stairs, have a seat at the coordinates below, and decipher the message.

  Where:
    XXX = original latitude decimal - the decade of "The Triad" to the East
    YYY = original longitude decimal + the number of stairs

  If you have trouble deciphering the message have a look below you for a hint.

  Checksum for the second set of coordinates: If you add all the digits together the sum is 49.

  The cache is a 1.8 pt rubber maid container spray painted black approximately 2.5x2.5x5, so don't bring anything to large to trade.
