Geocache Description:

This is one of my favorite parks, so I wanted to do a CITO at Willow River State Park.  Coordinates are for the parking lot near the Boat Launch.  Current plan (pending the weather!) is to clean up any trash between the boat launch and Campground 300.

Saturday 4-28-18, 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

PLAN TO WEAR TICK REPELLANT AS WE OFTEN START SEEING TICKS BY NOW!  Though, the cold/rainy weather may be slowing them down this year.

Please bring leather gloves and water and snacks if you wish.

~~If you plan to attend ONLY the clean up, ask for a complimentary pass at the Office. There are many fun caches in this park, however, so you may wish to buy a year/day pass and stay for some caching after the clean up.

Plastic bags will be provided and (weather and ground condition permitting), park personnel will provide a vehicle for hauling out bags of trash. If not, we'll place bags in a designated area for them to remove later.

Remember: you receive a CITO souvenir on your Profile page for participating in an event on/near Earth Day.
