This presentation will provide attendees with a short but comprehensive introduction to geocaching, a treasure hunting game that uses GPS satellites to locate hidden containers placed around the world (and out of this world as well!). Attendees will be introduced to the basics of GPS use (latitude and longitude), what IS a geocache, what types of geocaches are there, how to find a geocache, what to do once it’s been found, and various other topics related to geocaching.
