Located near the entrance of some trails through a park in the Eastgate area.
Take a little time to walk through this park. The trails are not real long but it is a neat area that I would guess most people drive by and don't know is there. Be carefull when retreiving the cache as there is a nearby office building that overlooks the area. Probably a good idea to bring a writing instrument.
