Another cache along the Seminole Wekiva Trail

Note the cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.
That might be a good parking spot though.

I was out riding my Trikke 8 on the Seminole Wekiva Trail today, and I saw something lying on the ground. It was old and very fragile. Some kind of parchment I think. It was torn in many places but there was still some writing on the remaining parchment. Maybe you can figure out what it says.

You are looking for a camoed decon container. When hidden it contained a log and a pencil.
However you should always bring your own quill.

There is something in there for FTF.
Along with a few other items.

Solved fairly quickly after being pointed in the right direction by W1M. I have read everything written by the author of this note, but never realized what you have shown me by this research. Very cool! Easy find, no Compass Rose Geocoin. I was ready to trade with one of my personal coins because I really like the Compass coins I have seen. SL, Thanks for the fun.

Nice puzzle. We had a fun time researching and solving the puzzle. Learned a few things too! Container was damp so we dried it out as best we could. SL TNLN TFTC

Caching with CondoMax on a perfect sunny day, he handed me the Blackberry and told me that he had found this one already so I was on my own. As we were walking to the GZ indicated by the device, he pointed to our right and said, it's over there. I said, this says it's way down there. After consulting the page, especially the part that said "Cache is not at posted coordinates" we turned around and Ben pointed out the proper location. (Add this to a growing list of caches which I find by skipping the puzzles or earlier stages because C.M. remembers the final location. Yes, I know it's a lame way to cache but it gets me points toward my ISAG certification.) I found it right away (it was very dirty), and found CondoMax's 4-year-old signature on the waterproof log, and added my own. Now it's my duty to solve the puzzle. Thanks for the cache!
P.S. I did not notice a coin in here
