Makepeace WMA
On Weymouth-Elwood Road, Route 623
There is a blind spot here getting back onto the road again so be carefull. Your options are to turn your vehicle around once inside after pulling into here like I did, backing in or just parking along the road at this driveway type entrance if your vehicle fits. Backing out onto the road only works if you have someone with you as a look out guide.
There is tight parking here along the lake edge with a nice scenic view of the lake from another perspective.
Smaller size camoed lock'n'lock with some trade items.
After placing some other caches nearby today and heading home just could not resist one more hide in this little scenic spot. While placing this cache Mrs. Trek'r proceeded to pick a batch of blueberries off the nearby bush for a little treat later. Nice way to end the day!
There are active caches around here placed by other cachers over by the main lake entrance and throughout the WMA so while here be sure to look for those as well if you are able and enjoy the area during your visit!
