Tomlinson Run State Park has several Old Mills within it’s bounds.

Old Mystery Mill Cache will take you this short jaunt down the Beech Trail to Tomlinson Run Creek. There you’ll be inside a scenic ravine with steep cliff walls. GPS signals are shadowed by the terrain. (30 ft. variations are common). Your looking for a 3.5” x 2.5” rectangular plastic container. There’s little room for swag, so mainly just a log, maybe some little trinkets. Please be sure to re-hide the cache back good enough to keep muggles from accidentally finding it. If anyone cares to help identify this Old Mill, by all means, make a mention in the cache log. Take notice and try to find some of the Mill Site features like, the water race channel in the ground going to where the water wheel was.
