Located off the Palisades Parkway near the Hudson River,
this is the scene of a battle in 1776
where the American Light Infantry surprised the British Forces with a Midnight
attack.
This is also home to the oldest Lighthouse on the Hudson River.
While you are here, check out the Museum, lighthouse and
generally walk around the park...there are picnic tables too.
There's a slight decline towards the cache site that could be
slippery in winter - be careful!
