The cache is located in the Gardner city forest of rt. 140 near the
Winchendon town line I recomend the longer hike it is a little
harder put much nicer
There are two different parking area's for this cache the first on
is on park st. in gardner at n.42° 35.526 / w.71° 59.934 at the old
railroad tracks the walk in is just over a mile long, turn left off
the railroad tracks at n.42°36.000 / w.71° 59.957 there is a pink
blaze on a tree there, {don't try a shortcut earlier on the tracks
trail blocked by beaver dam!!!} contiune to the cache.
The other way is a little more than a half mile long in is to
park at the gardner city forest atloc.n.42° 36.726 / w.72°00.048
follow the main trail out from there {rt. 140 will be behind you}
down trail turn right at 4 corners to cache. The cache is a 15 cup
tupperware container it contains a icepack, flashlite set of 2 aa
batt. and log ps.

We looked and looked, and I had put in updated coords that someone posted, so I thought we'd have a better chance. Our geosence failed us.Enjoyed the hike,, though.

This was our second find this morning in this forest. Husband called me over after spotting something on a rock and as I looked away, there was the cache. A nice spot for it as it blends in well. Signed the log and left a Freddie's Pack card. TFTC #141

Nice day in the woods. Trail to this cache now clear of downed trees, so it was an easy walk. Took trillion dollar bill, left geo-brick trackable. GPS was off by 40 ft so the hints were a great help! TFTC ~Melandall
