With Edwards Air Force Base right next door to Lancaster, our town inevitably contains a rich aerospace history. Take the kids and meander down Lancaster Blvd, starting at Sierra Highway and heading westward. Keep an eye peeled for the plinths and murals commemorating the aerospace achievements of test pilots and engineers working out of Edwards. Answer a few easy questions in an email to me, and you can log this one as a geocache while learning a little history and enjoying the old downtown area of Lancaster.
