As I've always liked islands and collect 'extreme points', Bryher is perfect for my 2012 Remote event. It's the most westerly populated place in England - now that the Bishop Rock lighthouse isn't staffed.
UPDATED! Meet at the above co-ords at the top of Gweal Hill on the west coast of Bryher from 12pm on Friday the 22nd of June 2012.

Speaking of early, for anyone interested in old caches, The Isles of Scilly are a jewel, featuring as they do GC1AC1 - Pulpit Rock (22/08/2001), GC1B1D - Hell Bay (24/08/2001), GC1B27 - Harry's Wall (29/08/2001) and GC1C7A - Scilly Island Hopper (06/09/2001); 4 of the 29 oldest caches in the UK are here!
An additional treat for Trig Point fans is what I believe to be the UK's second most remote TP, on St. Martin's. There are also a good selection of geocaches on the islands, including another meet the following day; the The Blorenges' 'A Scilly event' on June 23rd, on the main island of St. Mary's.
I also have a bonus event on the mainland for the weekend ahead of this (Sunday June 17th) at Lizard Point: SP's Final Extreme? (Lizard Point, Cornwall) - GC3BCB7. If you happen to be at the far end of The Lizard from 2pm, it would be lovely to meet you.
