This is a very easy three part cache. From your car to the final cache is only about a half mile. In fact the only reason it has three parts is because it makes it a little more creepy. You'll see what I mean. Most of the trails are well defined. There is some pretty serious bushwacking towards the end. Plus, the best part is, this one should creep the hell out of you. Seriously, this area is @#!*ing scary. Chandler's Estate is also known as Satan's Trails. But don't let that stop you. To make this a little more appealing, the cache contents exceptional. I'll get to that in a minute. First, check out this link for more info on this site: http://www.lioddities.com/Satans%20Trails/index.html I'm working on finding out more information as well. There are many stories regarding exactly why this area & the buildings are haunted. It dosn't matter. There's definatley an uneasy feeling here. OK. About the caches. The first cache is located in the woods behind the cemetary. Yes, you have to walk through it to get to the cache. There are supposedly a member or members of the Chandler Family that where murdered in one of the houses laid to rest here. But I can't confirm that story. You can park in the church parking lot or in the trailhead to the West leading into the parklands. Please be respectful of the church and the cemetary. The 1st cache is a brown PVC pipe containing the coords to cache #2. Cache #2 of course contains the coords to cache #3. This is a small white tupperware. You'll have to get uncomfortably close to one of the houses to grab this one. Cache #3 is a large 5 quart plastic container with white top. As I said before you should be very pleased with the contents. They are: -A First to Find Gift Packet (7-11 Gift card & Mini FM radio & Torch Lighter) -Tape Measure -Swiss Army Knife -Golf Ball & Tee -Water Gun -Police Special Ops Patch -Pad (looks like a shirt) -Glo Stick -Baseball Cards -Compass Key Chain -Glow in the dark bat -And some fingers, (again the fingers are fake) And of coarse a logbook & pen. Please trade up, trade even or don't trade. Now, if you really want to do this right. Go at dusk or at night. In keeping with the spirit of this theme I hid it at dusk and it was pretty dim out there by the time I was done. And I remember thinking, as I was running for my life back to the car, People are really going to enjoy this one. I hope I'm Right. Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
