How Geocaching Works
Night Only cache along the Black Forest Trail at Carey Lake Recreation area in Hibbing.
It would be difficult to do this cache during daylight, but it will be a lot of fun to do in the dark. Start at the above coordinates and the proceed to lamp 17. There you need to search with your flashlights to find the trail. (The brighter flashlight the better, if you think the one you have will be fine, find a brighter one!)
Follow the trail until you reach a triangle, it is there you will begin your search for the first stage.
All caches are in containters, and all sizes are used. The hints below are for the first and second stages. They will narrow your search, but if you want more of a challenge try to find them without using the hints.
Hunting night caches is more fun in groups, so get together a bunch of cachers. You will follow a wide ski trail in and out of the cache area, but the rest will be bushwacking through thick woods. So be prepared, and have fun.
