All of this cold weather has me anxious to get the clubs out and do some golfing again. Unfortunately; this Wisconsin weather will inhibit any sort of golf activity around here for a few months. In the meantime, I’ll have to settle for watching the PGA Tour on television. The new season is just kicking off for the pros. Below is a series of pictures of some great signature holes at some famous golf courses that the tour has visited over the recent years. Some of these courses are yearly PGA Tour venues and some have been visited not as frequent. This should be a fairly straight forward “Match-Play” puzzle. Don’t let the cache’s hiding location “stymie” you. Good luck!
To solve the puzzle: Identify what the course and hole number is that corresponds with the picture/letter. Then do a quick math calculation to reveal the actual cache's coordinates.
NORTH:
S = (A-13)
T = (B-10)
U = (C-15)
V = (D-10)
WEST:
W = (E-12)
X = (F+2)
Y = (G-11)
Z = (H-10)
