Geocache Description:

This is a multi-stage cache that will take you through the murals of Redlands

Mural #1 - The wall of this mural is painted on a wall of squares. From somewhere in the middle, count how many squares are from bottom to top? Coordinates for Mural #2 - 34° 03.XXX N 117° 10.XXX W Multiply this number by 2 then subtract that number from 411 for the missing North coordinate. Then for the missing West coordinate take the number of tiles multiply by 4 then subtract that number from 897. Mural #2 How many palm trees are in this mural? Coordinates for Mural #3 - 34° 03.X22 N 117° 10.XXX W Take the number of palm trees to solve for the missing North coordinate. Then for the missing West coordinate take the number of palm trees multiply it by 9 then subtract that number from 831. Mural #3 - How many houses are in this mural? Coordinates for Mural #4 - 34° 03.XXX N 117° 10.XXX W For the missing North coordinate take the number of houses multiply it by 7 then subtract it from 428. For the missing West coordinate take the number of houses multiply by 11 then take that number and subtract it from 812. Mural #4 - What instrument is the boy playing? How many letters in the name of that instrument? Coordinates for Mural #5 - 34° 03.XXX N 117° 10.XXX W For the missing North coordinate take the number of letters in the name of the instrument multiply by 8 then subtract it from 330. For the missing West coordinate take the numbers of letters in the name of the instrument multiply it by 11 and subtract it from 726. Mural #5 - In the center for the mural there is a computer screen. How many words are typed on the computer screen? Final cache coordinates - 34° 03.XXX N 117° 10.XXX W For the missing North coordinate take the number of words on the screen multiply it by 2 and then subtract from 334.
