Located next to McLellan Reservoir along County Line Road.
Sometimes it seems that caches are created by a geocacher with a bag of ready made cache containers driving down the highway and tossing the containers into roadside hiding places. This is my contribution to such a cache. Hence the name: "Out The Window". This is an easy cache-and-dash but with a nice view of the Front Range and McLellan Reservoir. A variety of water fowl frequent this lake and pelicans and eagles have also been spotted here. Occasionally you may see a fox running along the bank.
A special thanks goes to "Geo Spy" who created the original cache container which was a gift at the "Colorado Holiday Get-Together" (GCR8CY) in Castle Rock on December 10, 2005.
