Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the old Frank Warner Homestead.

On Highway 287, between Augusta, MT and Choteau, MT, between mile markers 44 and 45. Turn EAST (actually the road goes south, but the road is on the east side of highway 287) on the true county road.(There is only one county road between these mile markers, so it is easy to find.) Drive down the county road about 1.8 miles. Here you will see an old wooden bridge, on your right, or south, across the canal. Park here, along the road. DON'T DRIVE ACROSS THE BRIDGE! Walk from here and enjoy the area!
