The year was
Eleventeen seventy-ten when General C.D.Parker won the Battle of
Pastry by the slimmest of margins. Most historians mark this as the
beginning of the New Era. With the troops almost expended, each
army couldn't find diddly with regards to new forces, whether
seeking a lowland (large or mini) whipp integral to hand-to-hand
combat or seeking a highland ranger capable of sending arrows into
any sieging troops. To make matters worse, despite smaller armies,
there was no decrease in innocent victims.
General L.T.Juan
offered a solution: a peace treaty. "It would be sweet for
seventy-four or so of the big heads of state to convene for
bringing an end to war some night. Angels would sing praise for the
amnesty. Zillions, perhaps, could be spared." In response, General
Jean genially proposed the neutral terrority of Nott Park for the
signing of the treaty.
And so it eventually
came to be that the Treaty of Tenebrus was signed for all, in the
year eleventeen seventy-twelve. Erected at the location, where the
assembly hall once stood, a marker has been placed for any and all
to find. It is said to bring one's homeland good luck to sign one's
name on the parchment contained within.
