Geocache Description:

Almost a drive by off westbound I-78 only. I am boosting this up to a more difficult find until you all get the hang of it! I checked on it 8/11/04 late pm and it is there.

You are looking for a 5x11 plastic container. Trade only FLAT items. Trading flat items only and the name of the cash are your only hints. Unless you get really desperate, then read the encrypted hint below. If you are looking for locationless caches and still haven't found the Blue Star Memorial Highway Marker, unfortunately, this one has been logged.
