This cache is placed at Hertz Woods with the permission of Story County Conservation. Please observe all park hours when attempting this cache and please stay on the trails as much as possible. There is a park map located at the listed parking area for guidance.T
You are searching for a medium-sized PB jar covered in camouflage tape. The final location of this cache is within 20' of the edge of the gravel trail. Bicycles are allowed on the trail. Be cautious of thorns and poison ivy around the cache site during the growing season. Winter conditions may make this one a little more challenging. The park is open all year long so please use your best judgement during the winter. Original contents inlcude a special Geowoodstock pin, geocaching wristband, mini koosh ball, plastic top, cube game, etc. plus pen and log book.
