This cache was placed in the spirit of Popeye's Terrain Challenge caches. I have enjoyed the ones that I have come across and when I saw this location knew that it was the kind of spot that he would love.
Seekers would be wise to study the terrain, natural and man made, before approaching this cache. The direct route is likely not doable. The correct approach is pretty obvious...from the right perspective. Studying satelite photos might help. One hint would be to study my logs the day this was placed. The time stamps will give you a clue. This one was placed at 11:48.
